The villa is located in Mataró, in a territory of more than 3000 m2, 30 km away from Barcelona and other touristic cities such as Calella (20 km), Lloret de mar (35 km).
Nearby you will find large shopping centres, cinemas, hospitals, local markets, marina, a large promenade and large sandy beaches with restaurants and leisure areas and much more.
The house
Inside of the house we can find 6 bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning, 6 bathrooms, several dining rooms, living rooms and a large fully equipped kitchen.
All the rooms are very well illuminated, thanks to the large number of windows, and offer a pleasant space with a great feeling of open space.
